This HOT Pilates class offers a full-body workout designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Using Pilates discs, body strength, and dumbbells, you will move through a series of poses that are linked together to increase the heart rate and build internal heat. This style of Pilates will help you build strength, flexibility and balance, and it is a great way to firm up and tighten your body. This class is carried out in a room heated to 90 degrees, allowing for purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Please show up fully-hydrated and ready to sweat! All experience levels are welcome.
