Targeted lower body workout incorporating cardio, strength, and weight lifting to sculpt, tighten and tone your rear assets and entire legs. This class is designed to isolate your lower-body in order to alternate between muscle groups, which allows for adequate recovery between workouts. The incorporation of cardio and lower body strength maintain an elevated heart rate to provide an ultra-calorie burning workout. Modifications are provided for all fitness levels.
