Service Description

Synergy means the interaction of two or more forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects. This class is designed to push your body to combine its forces through a full-body (upper body and lower body) workout to provide a unique anaerobic training that pushes your fat-burning to another level. This class combines cardio, strength, and HIIT to strengthen and tone every part of your body while building endurance, and is proven to burn 700 calories in a single hour. Modifications are provided for all fitness levels.
